A Bit About Teen Suicide

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), suicide is the third-leading cause of death for 15- to 24-year-olds. And for every completed suicide, there are 25 attempted suicides. Teen suicide has become increasingly more common, and has "tripled since 1950" (Aseltine). This epidemic needs to be put to an end, because everyone's lives are worth living.

YOU ARE WORTH IT

Suicide is a serious topic among American adolescents. Being the third leading cause of death among people ages 15-24, it needs to be addressed.
